This Vintage 1989 Orion Home Video Movie Poster Package is a rare find for collectors and fans of classic cinema. Featuring the film "Another Woman" starring Mia Farrow and Gene Hackman, this package includes not only the original 27x40 movie poster but also three additional items from the movie's original promotional campaign.      

Here is what is included (Approx. Dimensions):

  • 27" x 40” Poster with no border that was folded to fit in the envelope;
  • 9” x 12” tri-folds with pictures and story lines from the film that opens up to 27”
  • An 8-1/2” x 11” film hot sheet;
  • 8-1/2” x 11” mini poster with data on the backside

CONDITION NOTE: Used, but all the contents of the promotional package are in like new condition. The movie video poster was mailed and stored folded and has a few minor tears on the corner folds and on one outer fold edge. The tri-fold folder has some slight water damage on one of the folds (see picture). Colors are vivid. See detailed high resolution (zoom-able) pictures to know what you are purchasing. 

Another Women

The movie was directed and written by Woody Allen.  In the film, actress, Gena Roberts, plays the part of a professor who rents a quiet apartment in New York City.  In a room, in her apartment, she can hear conversation from a client in a therapist’s office, which is from the apartment next to hers. Of course, it changes her quiet life.  It was filmed in 1988 mostly in NYC as where many Woody Allen movies.

Mia Farrow:

Mia Farrow is an acclaimed American actress known for her versatile roles in film and television. She was born on February 9, 1945, in Los Angeles, California. Farrow's career spans several decades, and she has received numerous awards and nominations for her work. Some of her notable films include "Rosemary's Baby," "Hannah and Her Sisters," and "The Purple Rose of Cairo." Her talent and contributions to the entertainment industry have made her a beloved figure in Hollywood.

Gene Hackman:

Gene Hackman, born on January 30, 1930, in San Bernardino, California, is a legendary actor renowned for his outstanding performances in a wide range of roles. With a career spanning over five decades, Hackman has garnered critical acclaim and numerous awards. Some of his iconic films include "The French Connection," "Unforgiven," and "The Royal Tenenbaums." His versatility and memorable portrayals have solidified his status as one of Hollywood's greatest actors.

BACKSTORY:  Frank G Cairo, Owner of Cairo Home Movies 

Frank Cairo moved from the Bronx, New York to Kenosha, WI in 1943.  The store was open until 1997 with his passing.  In addition to cameras, Frank loved movies and movie stars.  He began collecting 8, 16 and 35mm films, some in Italian.  Eventually, Cairo Home Movies became the largest private and rental film collection in Wisconsin. In summers, there were free outdoor movie nights for neighborhood kids. Interestingly, Frank attended the 1967 Montreal World’s Fair.  The same day he was there, the newlyweds, Frank and Mia attended.
