This vintage Hopi Poly Chrome Pottery Bowl was created by the renowned artist Priscilla Namingha Nampeyo. This striking 9x7 inch bowl showcases a harmonious blend of colors and traditional Hopi design elements.

Short Biography of the Potter:
Priscilla Namingha Nampeyo hails from a celebrated lineage of Hopi-Tewa potters, tracing her ancestry back to the renowned Nampeyo family. Priscilla Namingha Nampeyo was born in 1924 in the Hopi village of Hano, Arizona. Her mother was Rachel Namingha Nampeyo and her grandmother was Annie Healing Nampeyo.
She has continued using the Sikyatki revival designs taught to her by her relatives.
Priscilla's work is known for its harmonious fusion of traditional Hopi design elements and innovative techniques. She has a keen eye for balancing modern aesthetics with the timeless beauty of Hopi pottery. Her pieces have been featured in numerous exhibitions and publications, earning her recognition as a master of her craft.
