CONDITION NOTE: Used, but in good vintage condition for its age. Cover has a large bent corner on the front lower right (see pictures). All 190 pages were checked and none are missing! The internal pages are in very good condition, except for the top of page 27 which is a bit ruffled (see pictures). The pages have discoloration around the edges of the pages from age (see pictures). The red plastic binding comb is in very good over shape with the pages laying flat, except has one outside buckle about an inch from the bottom of the book. Most vintage sheet music books may show slight page discoloring from age, wear, creasing, staining, possible rips, tears, bending, etc. (see pictures).
