CONDITION NOTE: Used, but in very good condition. This hardcover book does not have any bent pages, markings, or tears that I could see, except for edgewear & surface wear on the covers with the front lower right corner torn, and very light yellow highlighting only at the beginning of Chapters 1, 7, then yellow in Chapters 10,11, first part of 32 & 44, pink at the end of Chapter 7 and most of Chapter 8 & 9,  from what I can tell since I did not look at all 1690 pages individually (see pictures of an examples). There us also a small coffee stain on the top edge of the pages (see picture).  This book does not come with a dust jacket (see pictures).
