Up for sale is a beautiful vintage cobalt blue glass bowl made by Fortecrisa in Mexico. This bowl features a textured ribbed design on the interior and a smooth exterior. It has a vibrant cobalt blue color throughout the glass. This would make a lovely addition to your collection or for serving desserts, snacks or even cereal.

Restrictions marked on the bottom of the piece: No Stovetop. No Oven.

Manufacturer Background:

Fortecrisa was a renowned Mexican glassmaker that produced high-quality handmade and hand-blown glassware from the 1940s to the 1980s. Their vibrant colored glass pieces, especially in shades of blue like cobalt, were extremely popular. Fortecrisa closed in the late 1980s but their vintage glassware is highly collectible today. 

Release Date/Age: This bowl was likely produced sometime between the 1960s-1980s during Fortecrisa's peak years of operation. Vintage Mexican glassware from this era is now 40-60 years old.
