Vintage 1950s Genuine Italian Hand Carved Alabaster 3" Round Trinket/Jewelry/Powder Box Jar w/Hinged Lid Italy

Based on the style and design of the trinket box, it is estimated to be from the mid-20th century, likely from the 1950s or 1960s, but can't be sure. This vintage Alabaster trinket box is a beautiful and unique addition to any collection. Made in Italy, it features a hinged lid and measures 3 inches in diameter. Will make a great gift for family or friends or a nice piece to add to your own home décor!

CONDITION NOTE: Used, but in overall very good condition for its age and has an original label on the bottom. This piece does not appear to have any cracks or chips in the Alabaster, except there is a rough spot on the middle of the lid as well as a tiny mountain point  (see pictures). The lid fits snugly on the base and opens and closes smoothly. The gold colored plating around the base of the lid and the top edge of the box has come off in one spot (see pictures). Since these are vintage pieces, they do come with natural imperfections that add to their character (zoom into photos to look for any imperfections).
