NOTE: A PC Reset was performed on this laptop using the clean disk option. When you turn it on, you need to complete the installation by answering the remaining install questions. This was done so you can tailor the operating system to your needs (location, language, keyboard, etc) and sign-in with your own login ID, and home network.

CONDITION NOTE: Used, but in Excellent physical and operating condition with the original Dell box and the original Dell Quick Start Guide (laptop will ship in this box). This notebook computer is in excellent condition functionally, and cosmetically its very clean (see pictures). The screen, keyboard, & case are in excellent condition, except case has two small pieces of plastic grill missing on the back edge near air vent (see pictures). Laptop was tested and is in excellent working condition, except Headphone jack does not appear to work - not sure if just a bad driver or bad board (I used Bluetooth headphones so this didn't matter). This model did not come with a CD/Drive. Includes genuine Dell charger. Does not include any CD/DVD disks or other software, except for what comes pre-loaded from Dell.
