CONDITION NOTE: Used, but in overall very good condition for its age. This typewriter has been tested by typing each upper and lower case character on the keyboard and has a new double color ribbon threaded on original reels (see pictures). The original black rubber shock absorbers have all hardened, cracked and all but 1.5 are missing -- they have been replaced with black rubber hose washers with metal washers to keep the typewriter securely attached to the base (see pictures). The leather case handle is torn on the right side. The key that is attached to the strap does not appear to be the one for locking the case latch (but its cool, so left it there - see pictures). Letters should be cleaned at some point. Since this is a vintage piece, it comes with natural imperfections that add to their character (zoom into photos to look for any imperfections).
