This unique promotional Orion home video poster package contains 5 items and the original mailing envelope.
Up for sale is a rare and highly collectible 1989 Orion Home Video 26x38 inch movie poster package for the comedy mystery film "Without A Clue" starring Michael Caine and Ben Kingsley.
This vintage poster is in excellent "Like New" condition with vivid colors and no tears, stains, or pinholes. It has been very well preserved over the years.
The poster features great artwork of Michael Caine as Sherlock Holmes and Ben Kingsley as Dr. Watson in this hilarious take on the famous detective duo. A must-have for fans of the film or collectors of Caine/Kingsley memorabilia.Here is what is included:
- 26” x 38” Poster with no border that was folded to fit in the envelope;
- 8-3/4” x 11-1/4” tri-folds with pictures and story lines from the film that opens up to 26”
- An 8-1/2” x 11” film hot sheet;
- 8-1/2” x 11” mini poster with data on the backside
- The original 9-3/4” x 12-1/2” mailing envelope

CONDITION NOTE: Used, but contents of the promotional package are in like new condition, except for the envelope. The movie video poster was mailed folded and has fold creases and also a few ripples in the paper from storage, but should be able to be flattened out if framed (see pictures). Colors are vivid. Mailing envelope is damaged from opening and removing the contents. See detailed high resolution (zoom-able) pictures to know what you are purchasing. The poster will be carefully packed and insured for safe shipping.
Without A Clue
“Without A Clue” does an artistic switch and makes Dr. Watson (Kingsley) the real detective sleuth. For his purposes, he hires an alcoholic actor to play Sherlock Homes (Caine) causing some funny situations. This comedy, crime, and fun mystery film was shot in 1988. The film’s music score is by Henry Mancini.
Short Actor Bios:
Michael Caine (born 1933) is a legendary English actor who has starred in over 100 films and won two Academy Awards. Some of his most famous roles are in Alfie, The Italian Job, Get Carter, The Man Who Would Be King, and the Dark Knight trilogy.
Ben Kingsley (born 1943) is an English actor best known for his Academy Award-winning performance as Gandhi in the 1982 film of the same name. Other notable films include Schindler's List, Bugsy, Lucky Number Slevin, and The Jungle Book.
Release Date: The film Without A Clue was released in theaters on November 16, 1988, making this poster over 34 years old.

BACKSTORY: Frank G Cairo, Owner of Cairo Home Movies
Frank Cairo moved from the Bronx, New York to Kenosha, WI in 1943. The store was open until 1997 with his passing. In addition to cameras, Frank loved movies and movie stars. He began collecting 8, 16 and 35mm films, some in Italian. Eventually, Cairo Home Movies became the largest private and rental film collection in Wisconsin. In summers, there were free outdoor movie nights for neighborhood kids.
